I don`t know about Magic Stick, but..... ...every Morning at my Morning Break I have my Morning Tea and set my Morning Trade to bring the bucks home before I will have my 5`clock Afternoon Tea.... Don`t tell me nothing works, study the black list..... ! There a many people telling you, mechanical trading won`t work, simple oscillators/indicators won`t work. Hi hermanhess, there are a couple of guys on FF still trading (albeit not reporting) the BW system. Especially isto, who started one of the threads, is still active -as are others. But Profitunity is more of a complacent method (or toolbox) for senior traders - even on short TFs, than a method for young guys shooting for quick bucks. You don`t have your fingers at the trigger, its no video game. Instead you carefully set your pending orders - and let the market work! Like Ichimoku its a self contained complete system (batteries included) which has everything in it that you find otherwise in separate methods. And as a topping it has the reverse pyramiding MM, not the fading out of positions. It really looks for a market (underlying, pair) that shows first signs of a trend, tiptoes with small sizes into this markets (66% failures), but on successful entries these already grow before the first real trend-momentum signal is showing. Now (and after each retracement) you add to your position - till the trend has bent. Comparing Profitunity style of trading reminds me always of my first lessons in driving, flying (PPL) or sailing: Don`t force it too much, small corrections at the right time - let the Beast/Bird/Maid do her best and....ride the trend! Which TF? The higher, the better(economically) but if you can`t jump there on a trend - go lower till you find a trend. Once found stick - and in a late phase check with the higher TF and preferably jump on this if it shows now a trend. I never look at two TFs at the same time. Profitunity is easy, but must be learned, its only a couple of basic rules, but numerous basic combinations of those - which must be mastered. Reading the FF threads showed me that most of the posters hadn`t learned the first ones - and hadn`t even noticed the latter ones. Regards to this georgeous community indo37

didider2, may I disagree? To my knowledge there is no real "manual" available, there are two descriptions/manuals for the cloned "Fractals Edge -- TFE" system available. Studying those will help. But he home study video is the best help -- aside of the books. You could also check for Profitunity or Bill Williams threads at FF and TSD. Long and helpful threads. Nothing more is required. Just decide for a timeframe (D1 is best, the lower the more noise), stick to that TF!!!!! Check different underlyings/pairs for proper alligator or DB. Place your BuyStops, SL and TP following Wise Men rules. Start with only ONE Wise Man rule ( i.e. Allgt + Fractals OR All + AO) . If conditions are not met - stay out. Once you mastered Chaos2, add and refine according to New Dimensions, and finally apply EW according to Chaos1. It can be done without any video/manual. I`ve done. Regards

Re: Futures + data/chart software It`s strage, nobody on this board is using InteractiveBrokers??? But you know èm?? From ONE account (plus the free papertrading ((not -demo)) account) you can use their api for most decent charting software or odering frontends to trade FUTURES from most international exchanges, Stocks (even India, if you are indian), OPTIONS and finally FOREX as they are a true ECN.
