Thanks but "Unknown error" with both those links. Could you upload to minus.com
What is the exact time of trade? Is it say 10 minutes after New York open? Just time after London open or New York open will do. I have tried a few times and doesn't look profitable yet.

If they had turned the EA off in August, always a bad month, the results would look way better. Trading the 4 pairs helps the EA to make considerable gains. Worth chasing up and more investigation...

soundfx..Thanks for this great contribution. As you say just what 11 needs to change mentality. Hopefully we can all work to make this a decent EA.
I started forward test on an ECN broker today, but error opening order : invalid stops. Is it possible to make this ECN compatible?
-
Don't like the look of it. For starters they have risk arse about. 10 shows 20% drawdown and 4.5 shows 47% drawdown. Modelling quality n/a. What happened to 90%.
And duration of trades up to 15 days, for ****s sake.

Found it difficult to find the EA. Strange site.
Eventually found it, but tried to click on the buy button and nothing. So emailed them and they directed me to www.fxturn.com.
All seems a bit unusual, but EA does look interesting.

Dacky..The times ..Are they set to GMT = 0 broker?
-
Yeah so it is. The whole think looks logical and you would think it would work. This hedge method was used with the pendulum EA originally. That EA was specifically set for EU, because of the lower spread. Nobody I know got it to work properly.

askalas...check this pdf diagrams and explanation..not long..better way to hedge

Anybody willing to share this. Seems to have potential with scaling into trades.
Usual crappy hard sell etc, but would like to have a look at EA.
This is not the same as one selling on Ebay a while back for $9,000

EA seems a very basic package and not worth using at this stage. Try manually trading the indicators at London and NY open times seems the best bet to evaluate.
-
MBT is the only broker I know with GMT -4. GoMarkets is GMT +2
-
now suddenly I also have gmt error invalid time it's written
how did you get rid of this error?
I have the same error again. I think this EA needs some bug fixes and updating for ECN etc. We will just have to wait for eggzactly to get back....
-
I adjusted risk so lot size Ok now. After a fair while there is no error in GMT time also. Haven't tried back test again. How were your results?
Spread seems unreal, I noticed it after the capture. Captured around 2 hrs before London open. Running at about 1.0 now.
-
Hi eggzactly,
Thanks for EA. Just testing now. I get invalid time for GMT time and a next lot size 50. It's a mini so should probably be 5. When I back test I get no trades but no errors in journal.
Be nice to see an Asian session EA that is profitable...

There is an open script here if you do a search called HideMyTarget. It allows you to drag SL and TP, while hiding values form broker.

Have been following this thread from the start. Nothing much to contribute yet, but am impressed with the idea behind the "decay" idea. Will follow with interest and contribute if I have something worthwhile. Exits are always harder to get right that entries, so by getting this right from the start, I think the EA has good potential. Great work.

It does look Ok ..... http://www.myfxbook.com/members/Soliton/wwwproftradernet-hunter-v40/42610
Another Asian scalper.. August a slow month for all Asian EA scalpers, but the previous month showed large gains and low drawdown.
Looks like you need to request EA through email and no sign of cost. What is the cost do you know?
Just noticed no update since August 16 on this link......
-
do i need to change min lot to 0.01 or do i leave as 0.1
You need to change to what your broker allows for these pairs.
-
From the site with Non aggressive "Safe" settings!!
Absolute drawdown 395.20 Maximal drawdown 506.50 (82.86%) Relative drawdown 82.86% (506.50)
If there is a loss it times the lot size by 8 to recover. Recipe for a margin call.

Did you try the email to support for Demo. Might be still worth a shot. All contact details are still shown. How old is this EA do you know?

Yeah it does look pretty good. Expensive though.
Only 5 trades a week from 10 pairs is the only downside.
Be good to get some feedback from users..
