hello All,
This system is a replica of the Strong System.
When you look at the '' VSD system website '' you can see that the red/blue indi is also taken from the Strong System.
You find alle the Strong Systems free here, and combine them to what you like:
http://[email protected]/metatrader-trading-system-mt4/112-strong-system-with-fibocal/
The only edit you have to make is to find the vostro indi ( or sometimes called spike indi ), this indi is not included in the Strong System.

had a e-mail for new indicators on a j-zip file. But not sure on how to unzip it and how to put into my existing platform, pls help.
Hello Tronde,
The new free jZip 1.3
Create, open and extract Zip, TAR, GZip and 7-Zip. Open and extract from RAR and ISO.
jZip is absolutely FREE for everybody, home and enterprise users.
About your second question: first we need to know the name of your platform.

another good one is http://www.forexeasysystems.com - the indicator/app FX Pulse v1.0 is free but we have to register. The news updates are faster than FFCal / forexfactory and Newsupdater.
Hi fxnewbie,
Thanks for the link, but there is a typo: you need to remove the double SY in the link.
Then you get the website you mention.
I'l give the app a try, looks goods on the screenshot.

Hello,
I'vnt posted in this thread since long;
Using a little changed rules, I've broken the 150k mark myself. :)
Please refrain from asking me the rules, I've given you the ore; Refine the gold for yourself.
Good Luck. :)

Hello,I will try to upload the indies asap. :)
Secondly, the only reason I've not posted the updated rules here is that it is the outcome of my hardwork and the late working nights for months before arriving to conclusions. Though in my best of intentions, I'll not devoid anyone of the tools I use, I'll relink the indicators in a short period. Best of luck,
And Thanks,
Harsh124

Hello harsh,
Glad to see you back with regarding to this thread.
I have spend a lot of time testing youre system, but i could not get it profitable in the long run.
Afther all i still believed it has possibilitys.
i do not understand why you don't want to explaine youre findings, but i gues you have youre reason
for that.
Congrats with the succes.

Anybody still working with this system?
Thanks in advance.

I believe it is not possible to accurately backtest a system that has repainting indicators.
However if it works for you in real time then there is not a need for a backtest...
(I have not tried the system myself)
Hi Diesel 10
Absolute wright,
The repainting is even worse when you close the platform and re-start it.
i stop putting time in this system.

i came back afther a week vacation, i am suprised there are no comments posted in this thread in the mean while.

Sorry, ikke.
My coding skills are not good enough to make an EA from this system.
There are some skilled coders around but I made the experience that they do not help (basically because most systems are a waste of time. they look promising on first glance but backtested with an EA they show their true face)
FXeasy5,
Sorry maybe I was not clear enough.
What I meant was for example if you are interested in this/a new system,
how do you test it?
I test new systems on demo account for about 1 week, so I get a feeling how the indies react.
This is obviously time consuming so I thought you used a different way (building an ea for backtesting or a visual backtest on mt4).
Is that the case?
Thanks in advance for your answer

@Fxeasy5,
I gues youre already building a ea for backtesting this system...... LOL.

Fxeasy5,
Sure, this is a good observation from you.
Like i said this systems attracks me, but can't say why, just a fealing i gues.
Please pay attention that the forsag indi bar get filled sometimes the hole bar and sometimes just a fraction when the price moves
against the signal.
So for me it's hard to give a conclusion when a bar is blue and later on turns to 3/4 blue and 1/4 white, what is your opinion about that?

Ikke,
I will test it.
Please, it is not "my" system, I do not defend it.
If the indicator behaves like you described, there is a question:
Does it matter ?
Do we get bad signals or worse signals because of its behavior of "repainting" ?
Another thing: when we get an entry-signal ( all indicators just got the same color ), why not taking one second to click on another timeframe, then click back to the main timeframe ?
Then we see if the entry-signal is still valid and take it.
I think the main point is in the quality of signals. Do we get more profitable signals or more losing signals ?
Next point: do we get better signals by changing the timeframe before we take the signal ?
If we get more winning signals with either just running the system on 1 timeframe or by switching timeframes to confirm a signal, then the repainting does not matter at all .
Fxeasy5,
First thing, i would like to say i respect youre contributions and wisdom very much, i am always interested what you say in this forum.
Regarding youre comment i totaly agree, but we must remember that tradingsystems are all about take the signals you get from it.
So if i get i buy afther the candle is closed, and later the buy signal ''disapears'' what is the signal than worth?
I like to test systems and this one attracks me, so i will test further and remember youre comment.
(Sorry for my english)
All the best to you !

Only on the active candle the colors can change.
Once the candle is closed, the color stays = no repainting.
If you see something different, please let us know.
Hello Fxeasy5,
Sorry to tell you but the indi repaints.
I put vertical lines on the buy and sell candle en let it run for 30 min.
Afther this time the vertical lines didn,t mach the signal candles anymore.
Second test: so i let the chart with indicator run for 30 min appr.
Afther this time, i attach the same indi in a subwindow, the signals are repainted/recalculated, cause the signalbars are not the same as with the first indi.
When a indi doest repaint: the signals of the first indi (with appr. 30 min running time) are the same as in the second subwindow when you attach it to youre chart.

Shusta,
The indicator in the main chart:
I think it's a sdx-zonebreakout indicator.
You can find 8 versions on this website:
http://www.@[email protected]/indidetail.aspx?name=SDX-ZoneBreakout
Or go to the > mainpage > indicators > filter/search with the word: Breakout
for the other 7 versions of this indicator.
Replace @ with a in the link.
Hope this was helpfull.

can you show me how to do it?
I read your post 598 but I am sure if I understand correctly.
So after I close my trade for example EU trade, then I open new chart of EU from market watch window simply by dragging it onto current active EU chart? I've tried it but it didn't work...
Piphore, maybe i can help you,
Go to:
> History (your closed trades tab).
> Click the transaction you want, hold down your left mouse button and drag the closed trade line to your regular chart (no need to open a new chart).
> you see now 2 markers with a line in between wich are the opening and closing of your trade.
if you want to remove the trade markers on your chart:
> Double click on one of the markers
> Drag the marker to a empty field (so you don't delete an indicator or something in that same area.
> Click right mouse button (you must select the marker)
> Choose delete.
> Repeat the above instruction to delete more markers.
Hopes this helps, if not please let me know.

Hello Princezuko,

i think Pip Accumulator is just a little ''helper'' for psaini.
The profit comes from his realy good trading skills overall.
Congrats, very good....

raitis cycle filter...
i had some view on it watching the market. this is unfortunately a bad bad bad repainter. e.g. using it with H1 Setting on M1 Chart, you can see, that it could repaint the complete 59 sticks from the last our, when the market changes its behaviour. so you can only rely on the color the filter has set the hour before :-(
Hello ProfNuke,
This Raitis cycle filter is not repainting afther the bar is closed, the "repainting" you mention is just the nature of (most) MTF indicators.
