Ok. I figured it all out. It was a bug. It was not calculating the DRI of the current bar, and the buys were not being filtered at all. I have made 2 versions. The first one is the standard one that will calculate on the current bar (probably with more false signals), and the second will calculate only on closed bars, but both will print arrows and alerts on the current bar.

This one fixes the alerts. They had it majorly screwed up, alerting 100 times at once. It will also allow you to turn the email option off, and also allow you to alert on an open candle or closed candle.

OK, after hours of searching, I found what we need for this 3c_JurX indicator and I agree it is special! Just slightly better than the FIP Line (HMA 15 period).
 
First I recommend deleting the indicator if you've already downloaded it from Johnkayode2010's post. It won't work with the downloads I'm providing you (I tried that so I know).
 
Download and place/extract all the following files into your experts/include file:

Was playing around with a standard QQE indicator and decided to change the display format to reduce space on the screen. All other code is exactly the same as the original.
 
 
The first indicator displays red if the signal is less than 0 and green if above 0 , and the second indicator displays red if the qqe periods have crossed each other to the downside and green if they have crossed to the upside.
