Is there anyone here that can code the AB=CD pattern? The Search Pattern V6 indicator takes up a lot of memory and slows the computer down a lot. I have another which is I think similar or maybe a stripped down version of ZUP, but I figure it's the same but renamed. You guys have a look.

fx4_ever: Can you please shed some light into how we can use Barros Swing to trade. I have heard about it but I do not know the parameters and how to utilize it to trade. As I know it, Ray Barros uses high time frames. Thanks.

How do you use the Barros Swing? Do you sell when its in SELL and buy when you are in BUY? Are there any filters?

I think Funyoo didn't code it but put it up on his site. I think it is Barry Stander's 123 indi.

what are t he different settings indo37? It was back-tested but was it forward-tested?

I agree that the arrows repaint but I believe if you follow the rules in the manual, you will not see the arrows moving once the candle after (confirmation candle) it has closed. My two cents.

Is there an indicator solely to find ABCD patterns? The ZUP has so much in it.

To a certain extent you can use it with EURUSD because these two pairs are correlated. But I'd stick to what was recommended by the developer.

I agree 100% with hitescape. This is one EA that the developer truly deserves to be paid in full. And look guys this is a big discount from the original EA which cost $97. This is the mother of all FMT EA with all the whiz bang features and it's only for $67!
I think it is only fair that joeytrader has started this FMT forum and many of us using it profited handsomely from it. Do your part people.

It is an upgrade and says that if you did not initially owned the FMT, you should not be able to purchase it. But I doubt so. I thik you can even if you didn't buy the FMT. It is a standalone EA and not an add-on. However it is an upgrade with more features built-in including MM.

Perhaps about time those who used the first FMT to make money and has made money to support the developer by buying the Turbo version. I believe it is cheaper than the original FMT, yes?

Looks like The Gestalt Shift is closing down and the developer will no longer be involved in selling his Macro course as of Feb 2011. No one has this to post up??

Hi PIPHORE, I think it first started when members on the author's thread recording his journal started experimenting with different settings. And back in October, there were some obvious cases where price moved into profit over 35 pips, then retraced without hitting the 40 pips target. So the author started doing some more backtesting with different profit target.
The first time I found out about this change was from the author's email dated 1 November, and his explanation was very brief, simply:
This is all that I know. I do not know how many months/years did he backtest this. But since his version is obviously the official version, I assume his newer settings should be more profitable in the long run. [i remember seeing someone on the author's official journal mentioning higher profit figures with the new settings, when backtested. But I do not remember the actual figures.]
Also, the author did not say the old settings are bad, it is merely the newer settings are better.
