  1. Re: Forex Robot World Cup

I agree with most.. HiRIDER is the most stable EA demonstrated, with minimal drawdown as compared to the LMD-Multicurrency and seems to be most consistent. I can't wait to get my hands on a copy and see what it really does with my very small minimal account. my only concerns are what are its true requirements and how does it operate? I want to know what is under the hood with an EA such as this.. and how long will it last/ what are the ideal conditions for running this EA and how it would handle with central bank interventions and the like..

    - eager waiting...

  2. Re: All About FXCM

Hmm, is this the same FXCM UK MT4 platform broker we're talking about??

I've just started a LIVE account with them recently over 3 mnths now and I do notice alot of problems with positioning, but mostly due to slippage, so I messed with the Deviation By default settings under Trade Options on the MT4 platform and so far (knock on wood) things have been going on ok.. Also another problem i experienced before is latency time delay where I am located, due to bad internet connections at times but that was sorted out after I went on a VPS. Manual trades during news events sux I can tell that much but if its EAs running the trades, even during the last NFP the platform still executed the trades during NFP so guess I have to watch and see.

  3. Re: Indikator Vs High Low

how fortunate I am to use the yesterday's hi/lo and make money since 3 years ago, profitable and constantly withdrawing 2-3 times per week, it must be the easiest method

Could you please elaborate on your Hi/ Lo system, provide timeframe and ideal currency. I have been examining the Master Candle strategy - is this similar?

  4. Re: [ask] leverage

1:10 is for traders who experience difficulties choosing right lot size so the risks are decreased

    - 1:100 is a standard leverage for traders who are able to choose appropriate lot size for a desired risk/profitability level

    - 1:200 is a leverage for agressive trading - high risk and high profitability

    - 1:500 is a leverage for extreme trading - the whole capital is under risk but enormous profits are possible

  5. Re: FIFO Rule

All these new NFA regulations are doin more damage than good it seems.. Coz imagine the volume of ppl that will be seeking to put money into NON-USA brokers. Doesnt that mean LESS money stays in the USA because of this since many ppl will be moving out their money from their accounts to UK or other offshore brokers. Dont understand these stupid NFA rules. geez :?:

  6. Re: Fapturbo creators preparing new EA

The results show pretty impressive, but its just restricted to Dukascopy broker, which have the great spreads for it to work properly. But 10k minimum balance is too much for alot of people to start testing a new product with. :|

  7. Re: Money from Forex?

Yep please dont quit ur job without being financially secured for at least a year.. coz in my earlier days of forex, i was gaining but losin alot more too. Advice is if u become CONSISTENTLY profitable tradin forex for at LEAST 6months or more part time, THEN u can quit ur job or go full time trading. Just my 2cents ;))

  8. Re: I will be out if there is no EAs

My experience with EAs so far is if you dont have sufficient margin then many EAs WILL eventually give you a margin call and cause u to lose your deposit. But with a few brokers that offer cents accounts, things are possible for those who couldnt afford a huge deposit to satisfy the EAs requirements. Whether manual trading or Automated, Money Management is always Key to the success or failure in the end. My experience is, as long as u dont get a margin call, U'll still be able to make much more money than the banks or other financial institutions can offer u. \m/
