Has anyone tried the new IBFX MT4 trade terminal ? It seems to be some kind of web widget inside MT4. It has one-click trading and very good trade management tools for manual trading.

The one-click trading EA is pretty similar to Trader's Way QuickDeal ( http://tiny.cc/6jb7jw ) but I haven't seen that kind of custom trade terminal anywhere. Feels very handy for managing multiple trades at the same time etc.

 

As is, it's not possible to use the IBFX trade terminal with other brokers.

Would it be possible to "educate" this trade terminal EA or is it somehow hard-linked with IBFX web server ?

Also, does anyone have the official setfiles for this ? As I understand, different TP and trend filter values should be used for different pairs.

Added news filter to the latest MD 1.3 release from this thread. The news filter is salvaged from Shocker 2.0XE N1. I'm still very new to MQL, so could someone please review the code and confirm that "if (!AllowTrading) return;" x2 lines are placed in optimal locations (i.e. actually stop the EA from opening trades and don't cause any unnecessary loops) ?

Otherwise it seems to be working, recognises the news periods and prints "Avoiding News!" as supposed to.

 

( edit: Forced allowtrading to false for backtesting purposes. It didn't take any trades in backtest, so I guess it's working. Would still like some feedback from more capable coders )
