Crashed after 20 days.

 

This thing wipes out your account very fast.

yes, never use it in live without mod or improvements.. i think the strategy is quite interesting but need more improvement and ways to counter DD or exit more efficiently.

when trade have 300 pips profit, it will close the wining trade but not the losing trade, and as the buy and sell trade is at same price, the "lock-in" floating PL at any point is their spread until one of the trade is closed.. considering moving 300 pips, there is chance of retracement, which is quite the main idea behind it to close the losing trade to make it draw while already pocket the profits from trade earlier on..

To use internal TP and SL, it's a bit more complicated to write the code, but it's not the point that make if your broker can watch if you use a particular EA. Use internal TP and SL is a safety to avoid stop chasing, that else

hmm.. meaning instead of setting the tp and sl like normally EA do, instead amend the EA to constantly check trade profit and close it using dynamic tp(not always a fixed value, closing by Orderclose) so the broker won't see the pattern.. but this method increase risk for example when you do not have vps or backup server and you got disconnected for a long time, it may complicate the trades or miss the tp/sl intended level

i don't know if theres any software to do this, normaly code/amend myself.. i think its better to ask experts here for help, most of them will gladly help ;)

these 2 factors mostly give themselves off as its similar patterns used by the EAs, other than that, it depends on the EA characteristics.. how it open trades(is it timely basis like london breakout etc)

I want to share my opinion, but it is not an experience with Prime4x on real account; only demo.

 

I have been with a lot of brokers before, and because of that I can tell which is good and/ or bad ones.

 

I guess you need to read a little about this broker in the forex peace army website to check how good or bad this broker is.

You can see a lot of different opinions that criticize them in good or bad ways.

 

In my opinion, it is a good broker at all. The first reason is that they don't allow you scalping for less than 2 minutes as I noticed.

 

during the news times, there is a lot of re-quote problem opining positions. Also, I noticed that their MT4 freezes as you guys mentioned from time to time, and I don't know why. I don't use many indicators and it is a surprise that it still freezes sometimes.

 

You can check anyways why this problem insist happening from time to time by going through the PRIME4X.com and use the live chat to figure or find out how to solve it. And if there is no solution, just try to get rid of this broker as soon as you can.

 

I know it is too much troubles moving from one broker to another, but I guess it is your choice.

 

I hope other traders can share experience so we know more about this broker.

 

my advise: if you can avoid this broker, it is going to be best for you guys.

yes i agree with what you said, prime4x isnt as good, in terms of chart it freezes or very slow with requotes, and even with EA which i just witness EA tries to close on BE(chart shows price at BE for very long 10-20sec) but when closed history shows as loss..

their website isnt clear.. they did not define they are offering managing service,signal provider or selling EA..

first of all they request clients to have minimum 100,000usd investment

secondly, they say "management fee:Free" , "application fee:free", but state "Safekeeping bank:HSBC".. and in overall webpage it says its automated trading without much explanation on their service at all..also in the "declaration form" it defines that investor using this automated trading is free but risk is fully responsible by investor himself..

all in all.. they are complicated :D

Dear trader, have you think the simplest is the best. i have found that system.

 

the basic like this.

1. put 2 OP ( open position), buy and sell with same lot.

2. Put Sell on the upper, and put Buy on the bottom.

3. Make a " difference pip" between Sell and Buy.

4. Wherever price goes, the differences between sell and buy will ALWAYS in PROFIT.

5. Repeated until you get tired.

this system works on almost every pairs and every single TF.

 

don't forget to put MM on it.

PS: avoid chf nowadays:p

nah, i knew it would happen sooner or later, because 0.1 lot on a 500 usd will eat up the margin etc easily, lets say on 4 pairs, each pair only have to do around 100 pips damage , plus the margin required, it would already clear the account. even if only 2 pairs open at the same time, it opens more trades along the counter trend.

i was demoing on fxpro, which min is 0.1lot. micro lot + wider gaps in between may prolong the account.
