  1. Hi;

    I am also trying to fine tune settings and still checking out the difference between v1 and v2. To me, v1 is more close to the original manual system than v2. I am not quite sure yet what is the difference and why is the reason that v2 got changed. Also, noticed that some of functions that v1 doesn't work. i.e trailing, etc.

    Using Mangiare' MACD box settings to 20/100/18 on 1 hr TF, back test seem to hold pretty well. More people test to find optimal settings will be helpful to those who can't stay up and trade manually.

    I've change the code slightly and if anyone interested in trying on forward test and post here, you are welcome to it. I made a comparison between v2 and v1 and used some of the code from v2 to v1. However, I am not coder and don't know much about coding. (just enough to be dangerious. :-O ) SO PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE IT ON LIVE UNTIL YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SURE. EVEN THEN, PLEASE SEEK PROFESSIONAL ADV BEFORE YOU USE IT ON LIVE. SERIOUSLY!

  2. that's what im saying alaki.i dont know why christine calls her system scientific forex. i find it misleading. trading is absolutely not a science by itself. however, it does have some degree of science in the market. for example, one of the simple core concepts of trading are the laws of supply and demand. if one side is more heavily weighted than the other, the market is forced to move in the direction of least resistance. in the market maker's order book, if theres 1 lot on the ask at 1.00 and 2 lots at 1.01 and 3 lots at 1.02 and buyer buys 6 lots,we can know for certainty the market will suddenly be forced to move beyond 1.02 hence the "science" part. Now , the art part is when to know when that buyer steps in or when not to.

    I agree. That is a misleading name for a trading system.

  3. I use this broker now for a year. I have also accounts with Alpari UK, Forex.com and Prime4x. But this broker is by far the best for all EAs. The strange thing is, that it really takes about 10 seconds until a position is openend or closed. But I get the price exactly for the time the request was started. And the low spread creates many more trades per day than the other brokers with the same settings. The commission of 1 pip is neglegtable compared to the profit I get. This broker is also good for positions you keep for a longer period of time as the swap fees are very low. I also got good service either by the chat or telephone. They even called me back several times. As I have a vip account my money is segregated at a UK bank in case of bankruptcy of the broker.

    Have you ever withdrawn money from your account?

  4. They are perfect for scalping, if you can get your money out.

    It has been one week since I requested withdrawing my money.

    So far, they are saying their clearance department is checking my account. They don't give any clear answer to when I will receive my money.

    With other brokers (like Tadawul) I coulc withdraw money in two days.

    Hi,

    I am with them as well. I was wondering if you have withdrawn money from your account. Does it go smoothly?
