It's scalper part of FAPturbo. Asian session scalper EAs are good only in backtest.

Is anyone still using MDPro live? It has made +40pips last week and two SL with USDD/CAD wich erased all gains again X-( When it starts making some profit it eliminates it with just one or two SL. Assian session is wild today. Euro hitting three months high and strong retracement to 61.8 fib 3ATR on 5 min is higher then 30 :?: Very bad enviroment for scalping EA like MDPro.

I told sometime ago that megadroid is a loser. but I can see some people still using it on their accounts and still lose their money ...

Could anyone share this EA please?

Even authors of MegaDroid do not believe in their expert and they haven't provided a real statement of this EA on their website. Now they are selling other EAs such as The Swissy Accu-Scalper Robot and FX Enforcer and they send advertising emails to their clients every now and then . I cannot say the MegaDroid is a scam but I dare to say it is not promising at all.

The Forex Rebellion has many failed sgnals so be careful about it. Using Rebellion without a fundamental perspective is very dangerous. But considering fundamental analysis it can have really good results. Recommended for those who use technical indicators with fundamental perpective.

MD depends largely on "Low Volatility" of Asian session. Inject some volatility into Asian session and that's all! it will wipe out all the account. Each failure in MD wipes out nearly 10 successful entries. Continuing high volatility for 3 or 4 days can blow alot of accounts. When the market is going to be volatile? No-one can predict and so MD is really vulnerable.

MegaDroid Pro is nothing more than Megadroid Multicurrency. It's not "Round the Clock" and it only works on Asian session. It works on EURCHF, EURGBP and USDCHF besides EURUSD. So it's only a regular upgrade and it really doesn't worth 700$. By the way, we can successfully use megadroid MultiCurrency on USDJPY, GBPUSD and AUDUSD.

Of course we should not forget the excellant performance of this EA.

Blows 500$ account from JAN 1st till today.

 

i really beleive, some may not agree with me, that it is easyer for an ea to do well from 1.999 till december 2008, than to survive from jan 2.008 till end of april 2.009.

 

Actually, if you lookk at the backtest of this one, if the start would have been in january or december, it would have killed the account

As a matter of fact if someone wants to be relatively sure about the performance of an EA, in my opinion he/she should do the following backtests:

1) A full backtest from 1999 till now

2) A seperate Backtest for each year from 1999 till now

3) (To be more careful) A separate Backtest for each month or season

if an EA can survive the above backtests, We can relatively (and not absolutely) be sure that in the future it can survive. In my backtests, FarhadCrab-Nadel has survived all the above tests. in some tests I had to reduce the risk and to my surprise It has survived for any Currency pair in any time with a drawdown less than 35%.

This is a Backtest from 1999 to 2009 ON EURUSD(FXOPEN). ten years of backtest without fail and more than 3200 percent Profit. and with modification of settings we can have this backtest for usdjpy-audusd-gbpusd-eurchf-eurgbp-gbpjpy-chfjpy-usdchf-usdcad-eurjpy and it's a scalper which is in the market ALL THE TIME.

SL=500 Nice..... :mrgreen:

at first glance this is what I thought. SL=500!! wowwww!... its useless!... but after a 10 year backtest (from 1999 to 2009) without fail on EURUSD 5Min I concluded that this EA has a very smart internal stoploss.

this is FARHADCRAB VERSION 7 (NADEL). very good ea which is FREE and works on any pair (best works on eurusd m5). this is the only scalper i've seen which works all the time. maybe useful for the friends.
