well, backtests are not always indicative of future results. sometimes updates are also made to adapt to current market situations.

this EA (previous versions) has been doing good for me live for quite some time now (since beginning of year). just have to use better MM and less aggressive trading to achieve good results with this one.

Alpari-Uk should have GmtOffset of +2 now.

Just to give some info:

- To check that ServerTime is correct press Ctrl-M in Metatrader to open MarketWatch window. On the top is your server time.

- Then go online and google UTC (or GMT) time, that should be same as your "UtcTime" display

- Then you manually set your GMT offset accordingly. e.g. ServerTime is 4am, Correct UtcTime is 2am, then GmtOffset is +2.

have been playing around with this for a bit...

seems that with Auto for GMToffset ON, the display has the "UtcTime" is wrong, thus the "GMTOffset" was wrong too...

I'm on alpari-uk and when the GMT offset should be +2, it was displaying -1 when on Auto.

will test this some more.

seems that previous version although profitable, would have HUGE drawdowns. prudent MM and no trading on Fridays would be advisable....

hm...i'm on alpari-uk live testing supported pairs. no trades yet due to crashes...(running MegaDroidPro_v1_00ee2x by Don)

now have switched off auto gmt and MM...see how that goes.

anyone have it running without crashes? if so, was there any special settings done?

after tinkering a bit with my GMT offset, my backtest results seem a better! (don't know why it was wrong tho...)

i will give this EA a go on my live alpari-uk account with all the supported pairs...i'll see how that goes.
