Hi All,

a question to programmers : it is possible to add a "dayoftheweek" variable in the MDPro settings ?

It seems this variable may seriously impact the MDPro performance (probably not for this bot only) ;please have a look to hxxp://www.moneyhackers.com (thanks to finimej) to understand why.

I gave a short look to all my previous MD loss trades and it seems they were all done in the "wrong windows" (day/hours).

MDPro is runnning demo on FXOpen ECN-LevelII(unfiltered).

For me, the question about filtered/unfiltered is probably the most important to have a real

picture of a scalping ea.

Hi Don,good morning

Tonight MD trades :sell USDCHF:10 pips (S2 strategy);buy EURCHF: 4 pips (S2 strategy).

I lost the EU trade cause bad setted the lot amount(my fault).

Did you have any information about 24 h running on this MDPro ?

thanks for your correlation table ,I found it very useful.

I have a question . is this table referred to the previous day correlation?

Or does it recalculate every "n" period(eg: weekly,monthly) ?

And more..:why don't use this correlation not only as direct corr. but also for inverse(negative)

correlation?

I'm not a programmer but let's imagine to add this "inverse" as a confirmatory indicator (i.e. for the S2 MD strategy) for the MD trades......

Of course we should need to have this calculations made at the same time rate(real time) MD is using in order to take its decisions but it can have a sense.....

Just my 2 cents..

Honestly,I've tried many eas till now (forward test I don't trust backtest ) and the only

one I can trust on LIVE acc. is MD.

It will not make you reach overnight but you can go sleeping without nightmares.

When they sold their MD ea they stated their clients will receive lifetime support and new versions,why we should accept this fraud ?

this adv doc tells a little bit more about the joint-venture between the MD and FapT .

It seems FapT Evo gives around 25/30 % x month;no detailed info about the new MD Pro.

It's the only EA I run in my live accounts.Very few trades per week (some more setting the 15m TF).

I'm using that software from years and I didn't know about the possibility to package a Trading Solution or an entry/exit system written by the user.

I've done many and it would be wonderful to test them on the MT4 platform but ,because of my ignorance in programming using mql ,would you mind to explain to me how to do or give me some basic tutorial or examples?

thanks for the reply.

As far as I understood the vs. 1.10 mq4 allows such modifications without changing the corrispondent DLL.This is not so easy to make for the new vs.1.11 ,cause the Droid team

moved a lot of controls (including the pairs traded) from the ex4 to the DLL.

Regarding your last suggestion....:I'm fighting with the Droid support asking for a detailed explanation about

MM & Risk Mgmt rules they don't want to give me.

In substance : I discovered the EA doesn't have a modular Risk mgmt regarding BOTH the s1 and s2

strategies; if you set a 0.8 Risk (80% of the available margin) the EA takes this value to calculate (not perfectly)the n. of lots to trade and this will be the value filled for the s1 strategy ;supposing you have,after the s1 filled trade,a new s2 trade this will be not sended bacause a "not enough money" alert message.

I think this because the Droid doesn't re-check the "new"(reducted)available account margin but uses the same amount of the s1 strategies or some other "numbers" I don't know.

For sure the Droid doesn't take ,for the s2,the 0.8 of the residual margin available after a s1 trade (of course if the s1 trade is not closed yet).

I tried in my live acc. many settings not having any s2 trade filled for a Risk setted at values > 0.45.

This is,from my point of view,a serious limit .

Why ? Because I don't know if it is better to set a higher risk (in this case you get s1 orders only) or a under 0.50 risk (you get both s1 and s2 executed ).It's not a stupid question because I don't even know which is the percentage (in a medium/long term statistic) for the s1/s2 trades.

I NEVER had a s2 trade filled without a previosly filled s1 trade and I suppose that ,in the "logic" of the EA,the s2 "comes" only after a "green light" for the s1; even if you have the s1 and the s2 filled at the same time.

In my short experience the s1 has the higher probability to trade.

Considering the Droid make very few trades (my statement says an average of 1 trade x night) it is important to decide where (s1 only or both s1 and s2) to allocate the risk.

Last consideration : I tried many EAs during the last 6 months...MDroid is the best (till now) and id the only one I have in live account.

does anybody knows how to modify the Droid (vs. 1.10 and above)in order to trade other pairs than the EUS_USD ?

I understood this is possible modifying the mq4 version of the Droid;there are some informations about it in the goodservice.su/forum but I' don't understand Russian , even using the Google transl.

(too many words are not translated) .

Some Russian traders are now using the Droid with many other pairs and seem that some of these are equally profitable than the EUR_USD pair.
