Maybe we should let the traders for UBS, DeutscheBank, and other large market makers know how good Striker is and they can just plug it in and stay home. Let it trade the international markets.

Just got this email promoting the first-ever patented Forex robot by the name Forex Striker.

hmmm...i will continue with 1.0 as well to compare with 1.11. it seems people are starting to get diff results like what happened to fap. I don't want that...

I read on the other forum that it isn't safe to use the cracked version of the new MegaDroid 1.1 because of the DLL file then screwing up your trades on purpose. I wonder if they can also track you down through the DLL file if you're using the cracked version.

 

does this new cracked version communicate with the server...just to be safe...

Pipsbuster, do you use latest version v1.11? How many copy do you buy, it says the license only can be for 1 live account only?

Yes, I'm using v1.11. These are demo accounts.

Yesterday's only trade on my IBFX account which failed to reach the TP level eventually closed with a small loss. Yet is was far outweighed by today's two new trades both of which closed in profit on all four accounts. Hence, the current situation on my accounts is as follows:

If you wonder, I am using a licensed copy myself and would suggest that everyone else who decided to test MegaDroid does the same - after I found the EA's script to exchange information with the developers' server. It is just too much risk to get tracked down by them for distributing their software illegally. The speed at which they raid files with their EA on sites like 4shared.com, rapidshare.com and similar ones should give you a pretty good clue on that.

If you don't mind me asking.. what lotsize do you trade on those small accounts? Thanks.

 

I answered my own question by looking at the statements. 0.24 lots. A bit risky for a $3k account but since the EA is winning mostly, its not that high risk afterall. Good luck trading with it!

I set it to 5% risk. From there on, the EA's MM takes over the lot size's automatic adjustment, so it differs for every trade.

I looked at the DLL. The Dll simply takes the Receipt code and Authenticates it to a given website. The website then returns a code that basically would unlock or activate the EA. What the fixed version has done is to bypass the activation and allow it to trade. It is illegal for them to track you without or get any information from your PC without you being informed and signing on to it. :peace: :arrow: :mrgreen:

 

To add to what you said, The Megadroid team could not shut down the trading if the authentication is not valid. Why? Because if their authentication server is down and many valid clients have open trades.. can you imagine if they cannot be authenticated and the EA shuts down while trades are open? It would be a really bad decision for the developer to do this if they ever decide to shut down the EA. How about if all of a sudden Megadroid gets sued or they decide to go out of business tomorrow? What happens to the EA without being able to be authenticated? This is what everybody needs to think about when buying web-authenticated programs.. when the company goes down.. the program becomes useless and you lost your money.

They might do it selectively, based on the CB receipt numbers - once they notice that the same CB receipt number is being used for authentication by many users. Likewise, they might track down only those users whose CB receipt number is used for authentication by others. They won't need to obtain any information from the user's computer for it - it is enough for them to look up the info in their sales database.

my trades on the cracked version match those running live statements on official versions.

And what about the safety issues? Is there a possibility for the MegaDroid developers to track you down through the DLL file?

Also, I just discovered one interesting thing: Forex MegaDroid employs a "stealth mode", which makes it absolutely invisible for brokers. Therefore, brokers cannot even tell the trades were placed by a robot, not to mention determining which robot it was. As a result, you can safely use MegaDroid with ODL and other brokers that do not favor scalpers and openly state so on their sites.
