  3. Who has this book :

Trading Price Action Reversals: Technical Analysis of Price Charts Bar by Bar for the Serious Trader

    Al-Brooks MD

    May be Good for reference

A detailed guide to profiting from trend reversals using the technical analysis of price action

The key to being a successful trader is finding a system that works and sticking with it. Author Al Brooks has done just that. By simplifying his trading system and trading only 5-minute price charts he's found a way to capture profits regardless of market direction or economic climate. His first book, Reading Price Charts Bar by Bar, offered an informative examination of his system, but it didn't allow him to get into the real nuts and bolts of the approach. Now, with this new series of books, Brooks takes you step by step through the entire process.

By breaking down his trading system into its simplest pieces: institutional piggybacking or trend trading, trading ranges, and transitions or reversals (the focus of this book), this three book series offers access to Brooks' successful methodology. Trading Price Action Reversals reveals the various types of reversals found in today's markets and then takes the time to discuss the specific characteristics of these reversals, so that you can use them in your everyday trading endeavors. While price action analysis works on all time frames, there are different techniques that you can use in trading intraday, daily, weekly and monthly charts. This, among many other issues, is also addressed throughout these pages.

Offers insights on how to handle volatility and sharp reversals

Covers the concept of using options when trading certain charts

Examines how to deal with the emotions that come along with trading

Other books in the series include Trading Price Action Trends and Trading Price Action Trading Ranges

If you're looking to make the most of your time in today's markets the trading insights found in Trading Price Action Reversals will help you achieve this goal.

  4. " in what post # is your last version of Signal Amalgamator" - http://www.multiupload.com/IFL8HUQB8E.

I updated all of my posts with the muti-upload reference to point to the latest version of Signal Amalgamate....

"you guys update newer versions with instructions on the first post" - Sorry, the first post is not editable by 'me' guys, as it was not made by me.

The rules for trading would be identical with the two indicators - Psaini1973's posts detail them. Some of the features of Signal Amalgmate suggest additional things that may be looked at by the trader, including the PA moving away from the Pivot Line in the direction indicated by the signal, consideration of Pivot support and resistance, and the crossing of the Master Probability lines and the All Time Frame lines (or the smoothed line) after a period of divergence.

Link did not work.....Could you upload it again? Thanks

  5. This is the fastest trade i have ever done.

Entry was on the spot, didnt wanted to be greedier so closed when i felt its enough for me.

    Made $ 1055 in straight 13 minutes. :-O

    Todays Total Profit is $ 1821 8-)

    Hi, Psaini Well Done!

But I notice you trade outside London Market this time? The signal (in 15M) was at the end of London Market....

Here are some of my rules i made for myself trading with "Soundfx System"

    1) Trade only one pair. i consider EUR/USD as the Major of Major Pair. (Sometimes i trade EUR/JPY also if its in correlation with EUR/USD, but only after Japanese mkt close)----------->now trade 2 or 3 pair (EU, EJ, and UCHF)

    2) Fix trade timing... i start my trading from London open to London close, i will only carry forward a trade after london close (but will close as soon as possible), will not take a fresh trade after london close.

    3) Never enter in the middle of a signal given by the system, always wait for a fresh signal... if u missed 5 Min signal then look 4 fresh signal in 15 Min....

    4) After a signal is given dont jump in to it , look for recent high n lows and accordingly place ur trade.

    5) I personally never trade during or b4 the imp. news, only after it is over and its effect has subsidized.

    6) Discipline and patience is the key to success ( which i lack both of them but i m trying to attain both of them)

    7) Each day b4 starting ur MT4 platform check FF for imp. news and act accordingly.

    8) This system is not Holygrail.. losses will happen, its the cost that we pay for trading forex,

    9) Entering a trade at right time is imp. but its the Exit that will make us rich or poor

    10) Be honest with yourself, share ur all results whether in loss or in profit, many forex experts are here to help u with ur trading. they will point out wat mistake u r doing.
