have attached one clicker as instructed and happy face is appearing but when i click on buy or sell no trades are being placed .please help.

if you are running WIN7 you need to run the exe as administrator else it wont work (as instructed in the manual ;) )

I was only posting that indicator as a possible program code "proforma" for any expert coders who could create an indicator like the one I suggested in a few minutes which would probably take me all weekend to figure out.

 

It seems as though there's no takers at the moment, so I'll have a look into coding one myself over the weekend.

Guys, here is an indicator /scanner which might be used for that job - it scans the pairs and all timeframes for a nBar breakout where n is the number of bars you want to use for the breakout range....if that algo is not what you like, maybe some of our coders can use it it to just swap the algorithm and use the whole scanning framework (i just cant do that with my poor programming) - for me it pretty much seems to do the job and its very flexible - play around with it and njoy :)

I get the other pairs ok. Roughly TP and SL are about 30-40 pips away. Only the yen pairs give me that problem. Did u check the decimals?

The YEN crosses only have 2 decimals - so you need to adjust that in the software before you run the calculation : )

If you cracked your installation of Ninja, just open the tools\NtGetAccountBalance.php file in notepad and change the <NinjaTrader> tag value to whatever you want.

For example: <NinjaTrader>-3500</NinjaTrader> will give you $3500 for credit.

The tools\NtGetAccountBalance.php file would be located on the web server root.

After you make the change, you'll need to restart Ninja for the value to update.

I dont think this works - but maybe i am doing something wrong - after i edit the NtGetAccountbalance.php file and shut down Niinja and restart i still have the same negative value in the acount balance ....

can somebody confirm that this works or explain the correct procedure pls ?

Nearly there with the EA. I have done it in such a way that it makes market orders, rather than pending ones.

Should work on all timeframes (except the very low ones)

Will do some bug testing.

Rio, what do you mean with"all timeframes" ? did you make i calculate the levels from the previous bar ? or do you use the original concept with the previous day range ? then the timeframes should bring up all the same levels.... :-?

read my previous post -i think the templates are actually linked to the vendor but just in a way where they would update the current levels - so if you cant update those levels you need to be able to draw them yourself in a correct manner, which can easily be done ....rest is bullshit scaring people away
