are these limited for bo brokers in the US? optiontrade is another good option for off shores, if its forex there are hotforex, oanda, alpari, and dukas i guess

 

Yes, they are binary brokers that are offering services to the USA clients. I know the England is trying to bring some civility by law to the Forex Market in general; because Forex is considered among investors a rigged market. So England would be soon a good place for binary options to be trade. The majority of BO brokers that offers service with the mt4 platform do not offers services to the USA residents. I honestly believe if you have a system, binary options is where the money is to be made as a trader.

Y.., it is true. However, if you want to make money with scalping the best option is the the binary one. Binary Option. But, you better have a profitable Forex System.

I am not pessimistic at all; I am unable to see any trading advantages with an ECN. If so, everybody would be on it. Thanks for the advice. However, I'm going out this Summer...to the garden.

Since I tried forex I alway tried expert advisors, but I found that the are not consistent, fail after awhile, not to mention, that they give different results on backtest, demo, and live, and different with borkers. Now I just want a steady I 20% or so a month, but consistently. Some H4 or D1 strategy? I'm a student, cannot be glued to the screen, so m15 or so stagegies ar not for me.

 

I agree; !!What a mess!! The ea generally doesn't work; because of broker's manipulation of the indicators. Reason which I believe that it is silly to buy an indicator. There are few indicators and tools that cannot be render falsely by the broker such as those ingrain in the mt4 platform; but they are others as well. Me to know, you to find out. I wish for a federal agency managing the client's funds. There is some ea that works but they must be based on price action; probabily one with a breakout and its condition would do. That is, if doesn't include indicators such as Renko.

My personal experience is that all broker are the same. ECN or not; they differ only in the gadgets that they offer. Meaning, there is no a trading advantage. NONE. whatsoever. Everyone one of them will take you money by you pressing the panic attack buttom to often. Meaning; then, they will bet against you. No dealing desk is a control function given to a computer.

Be with the one that make you feel confortable.

The Trading Competitions for me only make sense with some principles :

 

- Real Money

- Same Brokerage Company

- Same Initial Amount

- 2 Categories : Manual Trading | Automated Trading

- At least 6 Months of Competition - Best is 1 year

 

This way, imho you really see who are the real traders, real systems that work in "all" market stages, and most important at least for me, the money management applied to handle such period.

 

The competions of 1 month have no meaning for me at least - you can have a range month and a martingale strategy will make thousands of pips, in other hand of you have a trend month, trend following systems will be king, so a larger period ( min 6 month, preferable 1 year ) will show real power of system / trader to handle different market stages.

To the point: There are rumors that "comet Elenin/Planet X" would be 44 Million miles away from our Sun on September 11. That is very close. Therefore, if true, their will be some abnormal behaviour with the Sun. If true, then the probability of a catastrophic event occurring 25-26-27 of September would increase; when the planet earth align with such "comet/Planet x". By then, brothers and sister you must be about 650' above sea level and 150 miles away from the coast.

 

By the way, I am not saying this event is going to occur If you did'nt notice it; I used the word rumor. What I would like you to do is to check your environment specially since September 11 and act according to your capacity. If that is to much to ask, forget it about it!
