From the backtest, I can say it's different EA. Anyone has ratesniper? Looks very good one.

the indicator is exist. if you were using gft broker, you can use that indi but you have to pay more.

You are posting results for 2008. Why not show results for testing in 2009?

I didn't make it, my friend does. I asked her, and she said that the result in 2009 is not as good as 2008. Moreover, the quality of data tick from FXDD Live Server in that year is not 90% (NA), and there are many mismatch bars. Sometimes the data is more than 4 digit (y.xxxx) so the EA can not open it's position.

Does anyone know why those happen?

1. the data quality is na.

2. mismatch bar.

3. the data for open price or whatever is more than four digits.

I can show you a better backtest, but what is the point?? they are worthless, live stats would get your friends EA more recognition.

Yeah I agree with you, the forward test is far more trustworthy than the backtest one. But, we need to rent VPS to running them.

I am not sure whether it's true, but I think I read it somewhere that the order signature of an EA is different than manual order in metatrader. So it is not possible to hide an EA-order from the broker. Yes, comment is the easiest way to identify an EA-order but when EA-orders are sent to a different server with its own unique ea-identifying-signature, all attempts to hide it will be in vain. It is built-in in metatrader. So we might be powerless to do anything and may just pray for brokers' kindness.

yap, that is right. you cannot hide that thing from broker. But, i guess it is not a big deal.

Some people may think they are not good EAs, because they produce only small profits.
