All missing files are included and also fixed the issue of playing the video files directly when clicking on the link in the default.htm. Once completed I will post the link here. If it is different, then it is likely your download is corrupted. Either you try re-downloading it again or try the downloading the same file from 4Shared.

The file is corrupt So this means the 2 files 16.3.swf and 8.2.swf are corrupted or is it part4 and 5 corrupted? Rgds.
