No problems callahan..backtesting is the foundation to anything. If done right you can test many things and 99% of them are not good in this mode. Many should implement proper back testing and maybee more can profit from forex trading.
 
Now my issue with tickstory seems to be somewhat warranted.
 
I have used birt's method of using php scripts and his very good tick data suit for my backtesting and to date all my ea's have performed 100% the same in live forward mode.
I downloaded tickstory lite and now i have a problem.
 
The results i get with tickstory and with birt's are totally different.
 
Tickstory has about 1/2 profits than birt's php way of doing things.
 
I looked at the tick data being downloaded and if tickstory does in fact download from Duka as they state then why do i have totally different file sizes. Just to make sure i have things right i did the tickstory process on a different computer on my server. And same result.
 
So my dilemma is who do u trust..Birt or this new tickstory lite.

This is the AMP package for korharmonics. Its much more accurate in picking Gartleys..bats and many more patterns. I have seen it working and its amazing but this is dll protected and ex4 is also protected..So if anybody can educate it iam sure it would be a good tool for everybody.

This EA will never work on a real account.
If you check the duration of each trade then it should be clear that you can not make those profits on a LIVE account. In the statements this EA shows even some trades that lastest ONLY 1!! second and so called made 10pips profit?!...You can never cover your spread and and add profit to it in a matter of a couple of seconds.
In their statements you can even see that in the same minute the EA opened severall trades and closed all those trades in the same minute. That is again impossible with a live account.
If you look into this link hxxp://www.mt4i.com/users/mdpips-bfr/stats and scroll down to the bottom of the page to "stats on closed trades" you will see that the avg. duration of a trade is 3!! seconds. That should speak for itself what to expect on a live account.
 
So on demo very nice but reality or LIVE accounts will be light years away from those demo results. Even losing money in the long term.
They will spend more time in giving refunds to all the peoloe who bought this EA then counting their profits.

Place on usdjpy 1hr only..dont enable live trading for about 5mins after placing it on the chart to allow it to update all values correctly. After that then enable live trading in properties of EA

Interesting comments i have been reading. Its good to see a few who have no time for Futile EA's but seem to have all the time in the world to keep posting here saying how good THEY are. This EA does work but you have to figure out the correct levels for yourself that your account can handle..
 
If anybody thinks a Auto EA and a Manual trader are the same then they are Shi@@ing them selves. They arent. Yes a manual trader can get in and out at supposedly good times and hopefully reduce there DD. But a EA just have rules and thats it. It cant think and see whats happening.
 
Now there seems to be a few "Manual Traders" here who keep saying how good they are but i dont see them having a thread sharing there "Winning" system here. No they just keep taking and posting negative things rather than sharing what they CLAIM to be the best.

Guys i have educated it and Yes i originally brought it but got my money back easy with Paypal..Its easy to do on digital products.
It uses the Bands indicator...I tested it on Thinkforex..one of his recommended brokers..but couldnt get anywere near the same results..actually just bad fills and overall a small loss. I even changed settings but still bad results. On Demo though yes it makes a million dollars. Am i going to share this..No as it will create another Holly Grail Frenzy..Just believe me when i say it doesnt work guys on live..If you dont believe me then buy it from him through Paypal..Run it live..Loose your money then lodge dispute saying you never got it..Paypal doesnt support Digital Downloadable products.. Or use the angle of Its not the same product he claimed..which is what i did..
 
He went to great lengths to protect it by running another program 1st then attaching the EA to the chart..then it works..Ohh..he also used MT4 protection on the EA..But it can be decomplied and security removed..Anyway go buy it and get your money back..Its a **** EA

Its not a commercial Ea so that helps..I have been around this forum now for over 2 years..In that time i have seem many..i mean many EA's and manual Systems posted whipping up everybody into a frenzy of excitement to only be a short term thing..This is trading..You have to adapt to market conditions to succeed long term..Is this EA a long term thing..Iam sure you will find that out..all you can do is put these things out there and if u like it use it..if not throw it away..

Yes its Very good but greed will kill most with too big lot size. If you really want i can package it up and sell it if that makes you feel better. You know how many of the commercial EA's out there have been packaged up and sold from people in this forum and other forums..Most Ea's out there are a function of someone else's work through a public forum and kept to themselves..Is really is anybody's motive to help anybody..or is it just to make people think they are helping but in reality nothing good gets given back..This is my contribution for all the good i have received.

To stop someone selling it..simple..and also i got annoyed when i asked for help by 2 programmers in projects that work very well but got turned away..If i was a Gold Member then u seem to have validity and you must know what u are doing..lol Color means nothing so this is a slap in the face to these guys to show them iam not a newbie in this market..8 years experience u get to learn a few things..And no these aren't the projects i wanted help with..its just something i put out there for EVERYBODY to enjoy..not just the programmers out there..
 
So if you like these then use them..modify them..keep them to yourself if thats what u want to do..i just put it out there.
 
There are 5 versions of this one i have posted..others are for different crosses qith different functions as if u put this on anything other than USDJPY then do so at your peril..Will the others get shared also..It depends will have to waite and see
