but basically, FBS transfer LR directly to the exchanger

LR is one option that FBS give to us,

and local changer is another option,

so it's different if you make withdrawal using LR and local changer,

you doesn't need your LR account to make withdrawal using local changer.

Just make account in local changer that you trust to make your deposit or withdrawal.

To make deposit or withdrawal using local changer,

you can fill your local changer account in your FBS personal area.
