maybe you should reinstall OT2024 again

yes at first I install 2024 version I can not get it working with MS EOD. maybe you must to install old 2016 version then updata to 2024 version. it is ok

yes for MS EOD data you can use Convert2MS to get it

yes I know OT 2024 can works with MS RT data but I only have MS EOD now
