If you post your entire procedure ,that you have do , I can try to find where is your error.

Ok the setup.exe for the installation of Mesa2002 is a 16 bit program but it run very well on Windows 11 Enterprise 24h2 and it allows to install correctly the software.

Yloader v6.0.0.7 and Amiquote 4.15,for the download of data from Yahoo,don't run nevermore. HTTP response error401. We wait for someone to correct this bug on Yloader and for a new version of Amiquote(that will be c**cked by me). Have a good week end.

You are wrong. This is a Microsoft Visual Basic(5.0)32 bit executable. If it were a 16 bit program,it would be impossible to install on Windows 11, furthermore it also run but whit the error above mentioned. I will try to debug the error with x64dbg. Greetings.
