Wow, you have an excellent memory! I have found the Weis Wave indicator from Neo pack, but it appears to be a limited version of the original Weis Wave indicator as it plots only 8 Weis wave swings (max). It plots the volume well, but plots all the bars gray only. I am attaching the install file for reference. NTB_iWeisWave_v1.zip

It should works with latest NT8 too, and it is a good indicator. It was developed by David Weis himself!

This is the original Weis Wave indicator, and it can plot either Weis Wave on the main panel or Weis Wave volume on the second panel. It was locked to my old desktop and I couldn't get a new license key after moving to the new PC. I am also attaching the Weis Wave setup document for reference. I have attached multi timeframe trend labels indicator. This shows the trend for multiple time frames as text in the chart panel. This may help with what you want. MTFTrendLabels.zip

Jhon Snow is really good. I bought NT 8.0.28.0 from him a year back. And, he gave me free NT 8.1.4.2 update with some additional goodies. His price is also reasonable compared to many others.

I had the same problem. It was resolved after I rolled back the 24H2 update to 23H2. Afterwards, I have stopped Windows Updater by freezing the version to 23H2 using https://www.grc.com/incontrol.htm
