  1.

Thank you for the information. Could you please provide more details on what is the issue with the system. Appreciate your feedback

Basically the system vendor has tried to design a trend following system & failed miserably. I believe the unnecessary use of the indicators was the cause of the failure of the system. Basic moving averages are more than enough to keep you on the right side of the trend.

Kindly read the article in the link below:

  2. Please don't waste your time with this course. You'll loose money if you apply the rules mentioned in this course. I wasted a lot of time many years ago.

Before any of you point out that I'm talking BS, please make sure you have a sample size of 200-300 trades to prove I am wrong. All I'm doing is trying to save your time. You'll spend several hours watching the videos, and then several months applying them in your trading......only to find out you lost your trading account and your precious time.

  3. The key to MTP's success is two things. First, it recommends trades with high R/R ratio, like 2/1 or higher. Remember Paul Tudor Jones trades with 5/1 risk reward only. Second, it recommended that you trade with the trend (MTP Trend). If you just do those two things, with random entries, you will be better than most and a profitable trader long term.

The software only shows trades having R/R of 2 or greater, although I think there is an option to show trades with higher R/R if you want fewer trades. I only took trades in the direction of the MTP trend filter having R/R of 2 or greater. It doesn't matter how you filter trades, it won't make you money. I spoke to several people who tried the software and were left disappointed. My only regret is the amount of time I wasted on it.

  4. Has any member on this forum been able to make any money with MTPredictor? Many years ago, I spent several months with an older version of MTPredictor (I think it was version 5 or 6) without any success. I practiced proper position sizing and risk management the way they tell you to (I think it was in the pdf file that accompanied the installer). Lack of discipline was clearly not the issue in my case. I just look back on it as a massive waste of time. I haven't come across anybody who has consistently made money with the setups in the software.

I tried using the software on 5 minute and 15 minute charts with no success. Later, I moved to paper trading daily charts assuming lower timeframes were noisy, but over a decent sample size I couldn't make any money. Just sharing my experience. I would love to know if someone's made consistent profits with this software over at least a 200 trade sample size. Bigger sample size would be better.
