He does. He supported me today - same day. I guess it depends... - I am trying to be super brief, and assuming you are computer savvy and know how to install stuff based on provided instructions. Also important, don't let your windows or bios update - else you might lose NT8 ID he provides which could get you out of support unless you purchase additional items from him...

I have pasted your file into NT8, put replay tick mode, have level 2, however, when adding Limit Order Visualizer I don't see anything other that original bars... Are there instructions on how to make is work? Is this file "EDU" and what am I missing?
