No not true. You can download those files by googling them and installing, then when you run the setup it will not ask for them (prompt to download) , thus bypassing the message and allowing you to install fully.

 

I did it myself but cant remember the exact downloads I used.

Also if you bypassed the syntax push what good would that do? It would install but wouldnt run as you dont have the dependancys.....

 

Ill install it on a VM and get it working. Then ill post the files needed....

 

Need the setup file (new links). If its reuploaded ill post a guide.

it does not matter if you install the package from different source...The outcome is still the same...Unless there's someone to decompile the .exe and remove the syntax .push to download from microsoft server the c++ ,i am afraid that's the end of the road

not working...i think the executable is trying to download the c++ from server,and the server is down.Can't get any work around,sorry
