Look at the author's own note on forecast accuracy, its less than 15% at the maximum. Does any one want to bet their money on such a small number ? Combine this with the 'revisions' over the years, I have a sincere doubt about the reliability of this program.

I have created an indicator by studying the paper and applying the full logic of the indicator in a fairly simple way. It displays a histogram where the buy and sell azimuth conditions are met. I would say it's one step ahead of an accumulated delta. I’m planning to give it away as a Christmas gift here, as I’ve never shared anything with this forum before. I'm leaving the code here for those who want to improve it or maintain it. I’d describe it as a very fast, highly efficient trigger that everyone loves.
