If it's failed, then it's failed. If it's wrong then it's wrong. There is no "why". People can't answer that. 1 time testing result is not reliable. Don't test only one time, then failed, then cry. Test until 100 times or at least 1 month, whichever comes 1st before deciding whether a system or indicator is working or not. If you are looking for an indicator or system that can be correct each and every time, I have a magic ball here that could tell you the future :D --- joking --- After that 100 test, if it's failed, then dumb it.
