apex with rithmic lvl2 data 10 a month  if you go live (PA) is included in data no need to pay anymore for l2

Firms like TakeProfitTrader will provide you free Level 2 with their Rhitmic accounts.

Level 2, orderflows, DOM are also "free" with MotiveWave if you have Orderflow or higher version of MW, regardless if you are paying for Level 2 data or not. But that's MW, not N8.
