Rithmic Data Isn't Working

Hey, I already used the Rithmic 14-day and 30-day demos. After that, I created a new account, but it doesn't working in NinjaTrader, so I purchased a 30-day account from a dealer, and it's working fine, but that's also a demo account. Why is his account working and the one I created not working? Can Anyone please Help Me? Or is there any other way?

before using any account patch your software for new account and dont try rithmic on weekend.
