I renamed the file from sm.rar to sm.zip and imported into nt8.3.x.x without errors. I added some of the indicators to a 1min chart and the ones I added worked without errors. This is a May2023 version. The only thing needed is any documentation to help understand how to interpret them. There are some youtube videos but look for the dates to be 3-5years old. I hope this helps.
