Not sure if this is what you're looking for, but it is educated, has code for NT8, Tradestation, and Multicharts.

I've included all the info I have, tried it about a year ago, but did not seem to be what I was looking for. Included are the videos and info available at the time. I hope this works for you. Again, This is all that I have. Good Luck.
