Although this has been the bane of past surfs, ESP seems to be pulling it off quite well. I like that they are STP and AP Verified so there is some level of transparency. The variable rate depends on the incoming funds which affords the program some level of protection. I've been paid 3 times in a prompt manner and seeing how the program is embarking on their 2nd month of operations speaks volumes.
