Thank you @Ninja_On_The_Roof unfortunately this one does not include all the indicators. Still thank you for sharing. I wonder and hope that the file posted 3 years ago may include all the indicators so that it can be educated.

Regardless, you can still get these from other indicators. Maybe not all from the same one but from each individually.
