If it is a must-have have and that much important to your trading, then you might wanna invest in this.

The XABCD News indicator has that ability to halt your strat during news times.

Still though, I just dont know why you would need this as when it comes to bots, any automated strategies, you would always want to monitor them. They aren't meant to be set-n-forget kinda thing. 

It's a disaster waiting to happen when you just wanna enable your bots, leave them be and, walk away.
