He upgraded my Optuma just 3 months ago when I requested as I wanted to test out the Go-NoGo indicators. Believe it or not, I haven't requested any update for 2 years as I realized I didn't need Optuma. But when I requested, he obliged and upgraded the software within 2 days.

Hello. I wanted to purchase a software from jhon snow. To do so, he has asked me to download and execute a file named ID-3.exe and send him my machine ID, I was wondering if you had to do the same and how safe it is to execute that file and send my machine ID?
