I've purchased four times from Brokey, except the fact that sometimes if you contact him later in the day - he will not get back to you till next morning....nothing bad to say about his service.  two of these purchases had updates which he provided for free.  He is always polite, helpful and so far his software works well. been eight months since first purchase.

A few days ago I bought Bookmap from him, He delivery Version 7.5 with incomplete indicators, Mostly when in his webpage he said BookMap V7.6.
I try to contact him for few days and he cant answer anything.

Im glad today to say, He send me all files for 7.5, and send me V 7.6 complete and he help to to solve some install problem at my side.
Now im a complete satisfield customer.
