I found advert for the new version nt 8.O.27.I educated apparently (license ID server side educated, hardware ID & machine ID not required, multiple PCs can be used)

Does it means that it will be possible again to get a newer educated version than the 8.O.22 based on the advert I found?

If yes, it will be a great gift if someone could share it.

It exists but as far as I know, it is tied to your machine i.d. so if you didn't buy it. It won't work.
