Try jdownloader2 and see if speeds improve.

With or without jd2 it's fast for me.

If you have a mega account(free or paid), Download Megasync from hxxps://mega.nz/sync.Login to Megasync and download.

Download is faster. Use VPN if transfer limit exceeds.

Last week still at 4 MBps downloading from Mega. the last two days only at about 50 KBps. I have mega acc but free one.
