Hello Guys

Please a kind help based on your big knowledge

 

Anton Kreil in Professional Trading Masterclass (PTM) course describes a methodology of operating with stocks in spread, based on ratio, R/R 1.3 and risk management

 

Please which is the best platform o follow something like this?

 

I would search something "educated" and it would be ok EOD for data feed so I think even yahoo would be ok
