AcmeRelativeVolume is what you're looking for. It will show you the average volume per bar in the last period of bars.

It only works with Minute bars. If you want a Daily average, use a 1440min chart.

 

VolumeStopV7 is another volume indicator you might find useful. It shows a running Moving Average of the last period of bars and gives you a running counter of previous and current bar.

 

Make sure the lookback period is far back enough that the indicator works. ie 20days.
