[REQ] Auto levels drawing

Looking for something that will auto plot horizontal price levels like a fib basically dividing a specified date range and then drawing the levels off the highs and lows of that range. So for instance divide the specified session or week into 20% spaced levels.

 

Anyone know of such a tool? Or of an auto fib tool that might work and would allow you to provide shading between the levels drawn?

 

I've seen it before but can't find it after much searching. Thanks!
