Horizontal lines that can be drawn to start a at certain timeframe on the chart.

Looking for some indicator that can be made to start at a specific spot on the chart or time on the chart say. For example lets say that there is a higher high at 11:03 and I would like my horizontal line to start just from there and keep going forward. So that when i draw these line i can trace it back to where it was i wanted it to start. Does anyone know of such indicator?
