MotiveWave 4.2.24 Oanda Live connection failed

It connects to Oanda Demo account just fine

but when I try to connect to Oanda Live account, it says "Connection Failed: 1.9.703 [/fxtrade/cr/AccessDeniedReply]

 

I also tried IB connection, and it works fine as well.

 

any clues?

Fixed!

 

Install this version of Java, and then the program should work. Java will also tell you that you're out of date, but just ignore it.
