Blue Wave for Ninjatrader 7

How do I install Blue Wave indicator. I tried to install to Ninja 7 and bin and click on custom and install their but it does not work even after shutting down and back on again.

 

Any help appreciated. Thanks. Does anyone use Blue Wave??? Or is their something better out their now???
