[Req] Indicator to Alert on indicators/levels

Hi Folks,

 

Is there a generalized indicator in NT which can alert (sound/e-mail alert) when price crosses few levels, like previous HLC or making new highs/lows for the day, or hitting the day mid etc (current OHLM and previous OHLC are from indicators), or even when price is crossing another indicator level like Day VWAP or weekly VWAP, or POC? The reason I am looking for this is, not all indicators come with alert facility and market analyzer has alert facility, but cannot be used for these dynamic levels :(
