marketrulez
Hi Folks, Which is the best alert (sound, if e-mail is there, good, but not a must) indicator which alerts on price crossing any objects drawn on the charts (Ray, Line, horizontal line, even rectangles would be good) for NT. Also, could you please share the indicator. Thanks!

marketrulez
This is interesting, but I am not sure if that is what I am looking for (looks like it has a sound alert system too, along with automatic order entry system on price touch of objects/markers). I am looking for something basic, like alert when price cuts manually drawn ray, line, horizontal line, trendlines (if it can for rectangles that would be good as well), I tried couple of the trendline alerts from BMT, but they do not work and also I need to tag the trendlines and enter those tags in the trendline alert indicator, I am looking for an indicator which alerts irrespective what the tag says. Is there one like that which you folks use, please share.

marketrulez
I am still using NT7, my data provider does not support NT8 yet. Here is what I am thinking: 1. Acme trade plan 2. NOFT homework levels Any other indicators which are better with alerts for horizontal lines or trendlines or rays or any objects drawn on the charts? Hi @marketrulez.. the one you mentioned are all manual lines. but there is automatic drawings too.. GZT_VCPLevels Levels...ACME Composite peaks and valleys and DynamicSRLines from BMT etc..... and of course this is not automatic alert but for discretional trading. marketrulez
Thanks! lululee. Yeah, I'm looking for good manual drawing tools which gives alerts. Basically I take the confluent levels from other tools (like the ones you mentioned, if I leave them on they give too many levels, so I take the confluent levels only) and draw the lines/rectangles using trade plan or home work levels (alerts do not work on rectangles, as of now drawing 2 lines where I draw rectangles). Too many lines makes me too active (leads to over trading :( ) during the trading day, hence was asking for tools. Any other drawing tools which gives alerts that you know of? marketrulez
Try this indicator. I think you will like it. https://www.sendspace.com/file/mp2tvp Pray for me. Thanks! Could you please tell me how this works? As soon as I added this indicator, it drew couple of horizontal lines on its own, not sure on what basis it drew, would help if you could tell. Any trendline/ray/horizoltal line drawn in blue color (default) will trigger an alert? I do not see any configuration for sound alert? Would be great if you could modify/add for any object drawn, lines, rays, even a rectangle or regression channel/channel with a specific color, would trigger a sound alert.
