Update: it seem the problem is Windows 10. With 8.1 it working. Need LicEMU for Windows 10.

ummm.... I do not know, though I mainly work with W7 ( better Windows in my opinion), I also have W10 partition but the version 1511 (with all updates to date) and there EMU has worked well for me.

 

So, the question is: which version of Windows 10 you work?

I have W10 Pro (1511). No problem with W8.1.
