Market Replay add-on error

I have downloaded the free version of Market Replay add-on and used it few times for only a couple of days of tick data. All of a sudden I am getting and error 'Batch Market Replay has expired.. purchase a full version'. I tried to find a way to uninstall in and re-register it but I could not find any way. It seems to be false advertising to get you to use it a few times and then lock itself up and ask for the full purchase.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue to continue using it for free? Any other users experiencing the same issue? Thank you for your help.
