Any indicator related to MP can be backtested about MP's performance? or EA related to MP? same question for the Fibo indicator. and same question for the order flow indicator. profile Posted October 21, 2015 Report Share Posted October 21, 2015 Microsat2, To my personal experience MP and Footprint (I assume this is what you call order flow) need to be seen in CONTEXT of the market. If you can automate the CONTEXT aspect of interpreting MP and Footprint logic in the market....WOW man you will be very rich and very well known. To my knowledge no such product exist. But if you want to trade MP with rules like "go long" when price crosses up overnight VAH, then please apply those ideas first to a SIM account for a while.... The only one who is rather succesfull with some simple, but unique !, mechanic approaches to MP (NOT Order flow) trading is Cisco Futures trading (they provide the courses and up to you to automate - no stuff for kiddies). Another source seems to be www.auctionprofile.com which runs on Ensign charting software, but I have no idea what logic is behind that solution. I am one of the few profitable retail traders with the method I use, but as trading is my passion I love to study everything about trading. I have never found even the slightest edge yet from MP or MD. I get more of an edge from a indicator free chart.
